We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe), and online transfer. Payment is collected after the repair is completed and you are satisfied. No advance payment is required for standard bookings.

Yes. Our technician will inspect the appliance, explain the issue, and give you a written or verbal estimate for labour and parts. Repair begins only after you agree. You can decline and pay only the visit charge if you do not wish to proceed.

Yes. We work seven days a week including weekends and most holidays. You can book a slot as per your convenience. Timings may vary; confirm with us when you call.

We carry common spare parts for AC, fridge, and washing machine. For rare or model-specific parts, we may need to order and schedule a follow-up visit. We will inform you at the time of inspection.
